Therapy for Life Transitions

Navigating the transitions of life can be overwhelming and lonely.

You do not have to navigate life transitions alone

Change and life transitions are inevitable. Some changes are exciting, such as becoming a parent or experiencing career growth and change. Other transitions are not as welcome—loss of relationship due to death or divorce, a chronic or terminal medical diagnosis or a period of growth in midlife that creates confusion. These situations can cause an enormous amount of anxiety, feelings of depression and/or hopelessness. Working together, through a research-based, meaning-centered approach, we will work to increase confidence and clarity while decreasing anxiety and depressive thoughts and feelings.
When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.
Viktor Frankl
